The Net Suite Senior Developer will lead the design of solutions on the Net Suite ERP platform to address complex business requirements. This role will leverage a deep understanding of the Net Suite platform and a passion for enabling business operations to deliver ERP solutions that solve some of our most critical business process challenges.

We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are NOT able to sponsor work visas.

• Own and drive the overall Net Suite solution architecture and delivery.
• Review design, code, deployment strategies and other technical aspects of NCS’s ERP systems.
• Partner with third party vendors on implementation, design, and architecture best practices.
• Assess NCS’s ERP roadmap and design to identify and lead execution of opportunities for optimization.
• Work with NCS manufacturing business units to identify and execute solutions for ERP configuration and process improvements.

• 4+ years’ experience in a Net Suite development in a scaled manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Net Suite Advanced Manufacturing, WMS, and Field Service configurations and functionality.
• Strong knowledge of ERP system internal controls best practices.
• Strong knowledge of dev‑ops best practices.
• Proficiency in Net Suite custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and the Net Suite data model.
• Proficiency in Suite Script 2.x.
• Ability to demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and written / verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Net Suite Administrator certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with integration technologies such as APIs and Boomi.
