Overview

Role: Sentinel Cyber Ark JIT Access & Process Improvement TPM

Location: ONSITE – Frisco TX or Overland Park KS

Employment Type: Contract.

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead Just-in-Time (JIT) access enablement and process optimization for Cyber Ark and Service Now integrations.

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for JIT access and Cyber Ark ticketing solutions.
• Lead integration of Cyber Ark EPM with Service Now, including:
  • Automated JIT privilege elevation
  • Ticket-based approval workflows
  • Alignment with ITSM processes
  • Partner with automation teams to streamline Service Now flows and access requests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across EPM, Engineering, Architecture, and Security to identify pain points and deliver innovative solutions.
• Leverage data to drive decision-making, optimize product strategy, and prioritize work.
• Address technical debt and ensure long-term scalability with development teams.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product adoption, performance, and impact.
• Support training and rollout strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.

• 5 years’ experience in technical product management or process improvement.
• Deep understanding of Cyber Ark, Service Now
  , and JIT access workflows

• Proven experience working with automation teams and enterprise platforms.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management up to the VP level.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in ROI, cost-benefit
  , or NPV analysis
  .
• A passion for customer-centric design and continuous improvement.
