Cohn Reznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Cohn Reznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a Cohn Reznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

This position will support our Digital Advisory team. We advise a blend of small, mid-sized and large US and multinational firms on strategy, technology, and transformation, process optimization, analytics enablement, systems implementations, automation, integrations, data management, and more. Join our multidisciplinary Enterprise Application team as we lead clients to achieve operational excellence through developing a deep understanding of their business and, based on that understanding, leverage technology, innovation, and automation to glean insights and maximize efficiencies.

Cohn Reznick's Sage Intacct practice is growing, and we're looking for a Senior Manager to help build it. This role sits at the center of the practice. You'll lead implementations, help win new work, and develop the people who deliver it. You'll work directly with the practice leader and have real influence over how the practice runs as it scales.

• Lead multiple concurrent Sage Intacct implementations from discovery through go-live and post-launch support, owning scope, budget, timeline, and quality
• Run discovery workshops with client finance and operations teams to understand how the business actually works, document current and future state processes, and translate requirements into solution design
• Oversee configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, and end-user training, staying hands-on in complex areas such as multi-entity consolidation, dimensional design, and project and construction accounting
• Build project charters, plans, and effort estimates for both client and Cohn Reznick resources, and manage staffing across engagements
