The Director of Clinical Intelligence, Quality Engineering & Data Operations is responsible for leading the technology teams that enable population health, clinical quality, care gap management, risk identification, provider insights, and data-driven clinical decision support across Center Well Primary Care. This leader owns the engineering capabilities that transform operational and clinical data into actionable intelligence for providers, care teams, market leaders, and operational stakeholders.
The role is accountable for the platforms, services, integrations, and operational processes that support Clinical Quality, HEDIS, suspecting, panel management, analytics enablement, and data operations. The Director serves as a key partner to Clinical, Operations, Product, and Data & Analytics organizations, ensuring that technology accelerates quality outcomes, improves provider effectiveness, and enables scalable growth across.

Platform Enablement StrategyA primary objective of this role is to eliminate technology bottlenecks associated with data-dependent solutions. The Director will establish shared platforms, reusable services, standardized data products, and self-service capabilities that enable delivery teams across Primary Care Technology to build solutions independently whenever possible. Success is measured not by how many initiatives flow through this team, but by how effectively this organization enables other engineering teams to move faster without requiring direct involvement in every project.
The organization should serve as a force multiplier for the broader technology organization, providing common capabilities, trusted data assets, and reusable intelligence services that reduce dependencies and accelerate delivery across all domains. This leader will continually assess where centralized ownership creates unnecessary friction and will mature platforms and services to enable distributed innovation at scale.
