• Support day‑to‑day technical operations, projects, and customer initiatives.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and assist with technical problem‑solving.
• Work closely with internal technical teams and external customers.
• Assist with system setup, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Document findings, communicate updates, and help improve processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide professional, responsive support while managing multiple priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or related technical field REQUIRED.
• Recent college graduates encouraged to apply! Open to candidates with 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable.
• Self‑starter with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to travel domestically approximately 40%.

Work Model:
Hybrid opportunity based in Frisco, TX — 3 days in office and 2 days remote, with flexibility around business travel.
