Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling personal injury cases from intake through resolution, including litigation and trial experience. You should be passionate about advocating for clients, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage a caseload with efficiency and care.

Applicants must submit a resume and a cover letter answering two questions:
1) Why would you be a great fit?
2) What in this job ad spoke to you the most?
- Manage personal injury cases from initial intake through settlement or trial.
- Conduct thorough legal research, case analysis, and strategy development.
- Review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
- Handle all aspects of discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and document review.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters, defense counsel, and other parties.
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and guidance.
- Work closely with paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members to ensure timely case progression.
- Maintain accurate case files and meet all deadlines.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and client confidentiality.
- Effectively update and complete tasks in File Vine, our case Management Software.

$110,000 - $130,000 yearly
