We are seeking a highly motivated and trial‑ready Family Law Attorney to join our growing boutique practice. The ideal candidate is independent, tenacious, and thrives in the courtroom. With at least three years of family law experience, you bring both skill and grit to every case—and a dedication to achieving the best possible outcomes for your clients.

We also welcome solo practitioners who are looking to join a supportive team and shed the administrative burdens of running their own firm.

• Represent clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, custody disputes, modifications, enforcements, child support, and more.
• Handle cases from start to finish, including pre‑litigation strategy, mediations, hearings, trials, and post‑trial matters.
• Provide clients with empathetic, professional guidance throughout the legal process.
• Collaborate with colleagues, contributing to a team‑oriented, supportive environment.
• Strive toward board certification in family law (if not already certified), with firm support along the way.
• Meet with prospective clients to secure new clients for the Firm.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership with the Texas Bar.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in family law litigation in Texas.
• Strong courtroom skills, with confidence in trying cases.
• Experienced in handling family law matters in Collin and/or Denton county, including handling final trials and temporary orders hearings.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to client advocacy—even when cases get tough.
• Passion for family law and genuine care for helping families navigate transitions.
• A team player who wants to grow with a unique and dynamic work family dedicated to representing our clients to the best of our ability and can adopt our "Attitude is Everything" philosophy of handling cases.

• Competitive salary:
  Starting at $135k and up annually, plus bonuses (based on experience, performance, and direct client referrals and development).
