• Write, edit, and update legal resources in corporate law and M&A
• Maintain and develop expertise in corporate and M&A topics to ensure up-to-date content
• Collaborate on content planning and peer review with other editors
• Engage in special projects involving AI-based legal technology tools
• Assist with marketing initiatives, including webinars and sales demonstrations

• Juris Doctor and current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
• Minimum of eight years’ experience as a corporate and M&A lawyer
• Significant expertise in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions
• In-depth knowledge of Delaware corporate law and case law
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail

• Experience using AI-based legal technology tools
• Curiosity and interest in expanding legal technology proficiency
• Background in drafting and negotiating M&A agreements and corporate forms
