Senior Director of Athletics

Legacy Christian Academy (TAPPS 6A) seeks an experienced and visionary leader to serve as our next Senior Director of Athletics.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Proven leadership as an Athletic Director with 5+ years of experience at the college or high school level.
• A bachelor’s degree in Athletics, Education Administration, or Business Administration, Master’s preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee budgets, supervise staff, and manage personnel.
• A strong fundraising and development success track record, ideally within a Christian school environment.
• A clearly defined and lived-out Christian athletics philosophy, committed to integrating faith, character, and excellence into all aspects of athletic programming.

The Senior Director of Athletics will lead a group of 45+ staff coaches to pursue excellence on the field of competition while upholding LCA's mission and to develop strong leaders with Biblical convictions. This position provides an exciting opportunity to guide a Christ-centered athletics program emphasizing competitive achievement and spiritual formation.
