Maintenance Manager
Collin College seeks a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance and operations across multiple campuses in Frisco, TX. You will supervise a team of 15–20 professionals and manage a budget of $5M–$10M while ensuring compliance with NFPA, EPA and local codes.
The role includes developing preventive maintenance programs, coordinating with contractors, renewing and replacing projects, and supporting college events at the Conference Center and surrounding areas. In-person work is required.
