The Konrad Group of Primrose Schools is looking for an experienced, energetic, and relationship-driven Executive Director who is ready to lead with purpose.
We are not simply looking for someone to manage a school—we are looking for a leader who can build a strong team, create an exceptional culture, grow enrollment, and ensure an outstanding experience for children and families.

What You’ll DoAs Executive Director, you will oversee the overall success of the school while developing a leadership team capable of driving results.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop teachers and management team members
- Create a positive, professional, accountable school culture
- Recruit, train, develop, and retain exceptional employees
- Drive enrollment and build strong relationships with prospective and current families
- Maintain high standards for customer service and family satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, safety, and Primrose standards
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, and operational expenses
- Partner with the Curriculum and Admissions teams to achieve school goals
- Maintain high standards for classroom quality and implementation of the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach
- Build relationships within the local community
- Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable
