The RN Pre‑op/PACU is a Registered Nurse who provides high‑quality patient care using the nursing process, medical plans of care, and organizational policies. The RN Pre‑op/PACU delivers safe, effective, and family‑centered care in the peri‑operative services for all patient populations, supporting the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of New Jersey.
• Current CPR, ACLS, PALS required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Pre‑Op/PACU or Critical Care. Experience in an ASC is a plus.
• Ability to recognize, evaluate, solve problems, and correct errors.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, openness, receptivity to change, creativity, and innovation.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change, with strong knowledge of surgical procedures and surgical patient management.
• Understands principles of aseptic technique and their implementation.
• Excellent teaching skills.
