???? Your Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing day-to-day clinical operations

Manage and supervise field nurses to ensure quality and compliance

Train and support new nurses during onboarding and orientation

Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and adherence to care plans

Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams

Conduct field visits and participate in quality assurance initiatives

Participate in the clinical on-call rotation as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Current Texas RN license (unrestricted)

Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with leadership or home health experience preferred

CPR Certification

Valid Driver’s License & auto insurance (must list your name)

TB test within 1 year or Chest X-ray within 5 years

Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in the field as needed
