Bright Star Care of Frisco and Carrollton is actively seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead our skilled clinical team and ensure patients receive the highest quality home health care.

- Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing day-to-day clinical operations
- Manage and supervise field nurses to ensure quality and compliance
- Train and support new nurses during onboarding and orientation
- Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and adherence to care plans
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams - Conduct field visits and participate in quality assurance initiatives
- Participate in the clinical on‑call rotation as needed
- Current Texas RN license (unrestricted)
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with leadership or home health experience preferred
- CPR Certification
- Valid Driver’s License & auto insurance (must list your name)
- TB test within 1 year or Chest X‑ray within 5 years
- Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in the field as needed
