Greater of production or base
- Production 25%
- Medical Director compensation shall consist of a stipend of $1,400 per month ($16,000 annualized, paid the last pay period of each month).
- Other benefits include a new cell phone, new work laptop, and an additional $2,500 CE allowance for leadership and management specific resources.
