Overview

We're looking to hire energetic, outgoing, friendly, and reliable Activities Team Members to join us on weekdays (Tuesday-Friday) to run activities within the park for children and guests. Kid Zania Activities Team Members, called “Zupervisors,” guide children through immersive learning experiences where they role-play as Doctors, Firefighters, Musicians, News Anchors, and so much more!

Interacting with children is the essence of what we do here at Kid Zania, and it is the most important part of the role! Activities Zupervisors must have patience and show care when working with kids. They also provide excitement and a memorable experience while ensuring that the activity meets Kid Zania and branded-partner standards. The magic is in the details!

They ensure activities are engaging, safe, and aligned with Kid Zania’s culture, while providing a bit of improv and problem-solving on the fly. All Kid Zania Zupervisors understand the importance of keeping their areas in the park clean and well maintained to continue providing a quality experience for all guests.

In addition to learning various Activities within the park, Activities Zupervisors will also be required to train in at least one (1) of two (2) specialty areas within their first 30-90 days:

Obstacle Course/Climbing Wall

Training requires using and wearing safety equipment, including harnesses and helmets. This role guides children on proper procedures on the course and/or the wall. This role may be required to take children down from the course. Physical balance and comfort with heights are additional physical requirements. On-site training is provided at both the Obstacle Course and Climbing Wall.

Park Vehicle Drivers

Must have a valid state Driver's License and will receive on-site driver training. Speeds in the park do not exceed 1-2 mph. Concentration and attention to detail are critical, as these vehicles navigate the park during business hours, with guests walking on the streets, and vehicles transporting up to 10 children at a time.

Other Specialty Activity

as determined by business needs.

Additional tasks, or seasonal cross-training within the park, may be assigned as needed and at the Company's discretion.
