We are seeking to hire a Barista who contributes to our success by providing world‑class service to our customers. Responsibilities include providing our customers with quality products, efficient service, and maintaining a clean and organized store, all while displaying a courteous service attitude. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills, the ability to perform multiple tasks at any given time, and the desire to embrace the Black Rifle Coffee culture.

Compensation includes an hourly rate plus tips.

• Observes all standards pertaining to recipes, product quality, and health and safety.
• Keeps a clean, set‑up, and organized workstation as per Black Rifle Coffee Company standards, ensuring equipment is operational and reporting maintenance needs.
• Takes initiative to anticipate customers’ and the store’s needs based on cues and the environment.
• Communicates productively with the team and management, assists in new team member training and acclimation, and contributes to a positive team environment and store culture.
• Acts with radical transparency, integrity, and commitment, promoting the culture and mission of Black Rifle Coffee Company.
• Adheres to operational policies and procedures, including cash handling, safety, and health regulations.
• Celebrates team and individual achievements, reinforcing morale and culture.
• Brings a customer‑first attitude and maintains a calm demeanor at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Previous work experience as a Barista or server is desirable.
• Willingness to learn new innovative coffee techniques and equipment.
• Attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to gauge customers’ preferences.
• Excellent communication skills.

This is a part‑time position that may require long hours, including weekends and nights.

• Regularly required to stand, sit, stoop, kneel, bend, twist, rotate, and reach.
• Ability to work with mechanical/brewing equipment and devices.
• Specific vision abilities required for close work with computer or brewing equipment.
• Light to moderate lifting is required.
• Regular, predictable attendance required, including quarter‑driven hours as business demands dictate.
• Ability to work in a confined area.
• Ability to sit/stand at a terminal for an extended period of time.
