Barista

PJ's Coffee in Frisco, TX is looking for part-time baristas to join our team. We are located on 7967 S Custer Road, Suite 100. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable.

Shift times during the weekdays are opening 6:30am‑11am, mid 10:45am‑3:30pm, and closing 3:15pm‑7pm. Weekend shift times vary.
Must be available on Sundays.

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
• Be able to perform all duties of a Barista and baking
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Address customer requests quickly and in a positive manner
• Memorize entire menu and ingredients and prepare all orders according to PJ's standards
• Assist in the restocking and replenishment of inventory and supplies
• Accept guest payment, process credit card charges, and make change

• Previous food service experience preferred but not required
• Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Ability to accept corrections and criticism.

Compensation: $9.00 - $13.00 per hour
