Heights Wellness Retreat, a franchise of Massage Heights, is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Sales Specialist to join our team in Frisco, TX.

Location:

North Dallas Tollway and Eldorado Parkway, North Frisco region. The unit is under new ownership and marketing, looking for energetic, personality‑driven team members to re‑introduce the brand to our community.

• 6–8-hour shifts
• Full and part‑time positions available
• Required 1 weekend shift per week
• Days and evening shifts available

• Achieve monthly sales targets through membership and gift card sales.
• Provide exceptional service by listening, communicating, and responding to guest needs.
• Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin therapy.
• Educate guests confidently and effectively about services and products.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulation.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members and guests.

• Exceptional guest service and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or guest services is required.
• Proficient with basic computer software and quick to learn new systems.
• Fast learner with a positive and energetic demeanor.
• Strong critical thinking skills, especially in resolving customer conflicts.
• Passionate about interacting with people and consistently delivering outstanding service.
• Thrives in collaborative team settings.
