You will partner with a world‑class sales organization to prospect into a wide range of legal, corporate or government entities selling our industry‑recognized cloud solutions. The Role
- Hit or exceed monthly and annual targets and maintain consistently strong performance at 100% of your YTD goals.
- Actively engage in the coaching process, partnering well with managers and individuals on your teams to share ideas and learn from each other.
- Accurately log all activities and customer contacts in Salesforce in a timely manner.
- Consistently live the Thomson Reuters culture and values.
- Remain effective under pressure, maintaining stable performance under time pressure or job ambiguity.
- Be tenacious, displaying determination, persistence and patience and being resilient in the face of adversity.
- Show change receptivity by demonstrating an openness and willingness to change behavior in response to new situations.
- Be creative, actively partnering with your sales and marketing team members to create new sales campaigns that generate high‑quality opportunities converting to revenue.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills (personable and professional).
- Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner.
- Agile learner – ability to learn something new quickly.
- Commitment to a schedule that coincides with the customer’s work day.
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate software programs such as Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CRM systems preferred.
