Insurance Agent

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated New York Life Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance policies to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a deep understanding of insurance products, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

• Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop strategies for outreach.
• Utilize retail sales techniques to promote various insurance products effectively.
• Handle telemarketing efforts to generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Negotiate policy terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through the application process.

• Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong background in retail sales or outside sales is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with benefits administration and related processes is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
• A valid insurance license may be required depending on state regulations.
