Role Overview
The Product Sales Executive at Jugl is responsible for driving new business opportunities by identifying prospects, understanding their operational needs, presenting Jugl through product demos, closing deals, and ensuring a smooth handover to the Client Success team.
This role sits at the intersection of business problem discovery and solution selling. The ideal candidate is consultative, process oriented, and comfortable selling a product that combines task management, collaboration, CRM, and AI powered workflows for SMEs.
Business Development & Lead Generation- Identify and open new sales opportunities through inbound leads, outbound outreach, referrals, partnerships, and events
- Qualify prospects based on business size, use case, decision making authority, and urgency
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently move prospects through the sales funnel
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client workflows, pain points, and operational gaps
- Identify where Jugl fits into the customer’s existing process across sales, support, operations, or project management
- Map Jugl capabilities to real business use cases rather than generic feature selling
- Deliver structured, outcome driven product demos tailored to each prospect’s industry and needs
- Explain Jugl’s value across customer communication, task management, order tracking, collaboration, and AI capabilities
- Handle objections, competitive comparisons, and pricing discussions confidently
- Drive deals from proposal to closure with a focus on value based selling
- Coordinate pricing, plan selection, and onboarding readiness with internal teams
- Ensure contracts, subscriptions, and payment terms are finalized accurately
- Conduct a structured handover to the Client Success team with complete customer context
- Share client expectations, use cases, promised outcomes, and success criteria
- Support early stage onboarding if needed to ensure customer confidence
- Maintain accurate records of all activities, conversations, and deal stages in CRM
- Track sales metrics including pipeline value, conversion rates, and deal cycle time
- Provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and insights to leadership
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Client Success teams to improve messaging and positioning
- Share customer feedback and market insights to help refine Jugl features and go to market strategy
- Continuously learn Jugl’s new capabilities, integrations, and AI features
Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or product sales, preferably selling to SMEs
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
- Experience conducting live product demos and closing deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and follow up skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools and managing a structured sales pipeline
- Ability to understand business processes across sales, operations, and support
- Self motivated, disciplined, and results driven
- Experience selling workflow, project management, CRM, or AI powered tools
- Familiarity with Whats App Business, customer support systems, or SME operations
- Prior experience working with startups or fast growing SaaS companies
- Number of qualified opportunities created
- Demo to close conversion rate
- Monthly and quarterly revenue targets
