Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to the growth strategy and involves managing a generalist book of middle-market commercial lines accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Property & Casualty insurance, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset. This position offers a collaborative and performance-driven work environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Compensation

Package
  • Salary: $75,000 - $85,000+ annually, commensurate with experience
  • Benefits:
    Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)
  • Work Arrangement:
    On-site with the option for hybrid work (2 days remote per week)
Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of a generalist book of middle-market commercial lines accounts (Property & Casualty)
  • Handle A-Z account management, including quoting new and renewal business
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and placement resources, to ensure client satisfaction
  • Utilize Hawksoft software for account management and documentation
  • Contribute to the agency's growth by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Licenses/Certifications:

    Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 2 years in a similar role; 3+ years preferred
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in Hawksoft software or similar platforms
  • Soft Skills:
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on long-term growth
    • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and act on opportunities
    • Self-motivated and confident in decision-making
