Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
Schedule: Tuesday Saturday

Tuesday: 3:15 PM 8:15 PM

Thursday: 4:15 PM 8:15 PM

Friday: 4:00 PM 6:30 PM

Saturday: 7:30 AM 12:00 PM
Compensation: $25 $ 30/hour + uncapped commission

We especially encourage candidates who have prior success selling high-ticket memberships in boutique fitness to apply. A college degree is preferred, but a strong sales track record and passion for fitness are what matter most.

Drive new member acquisition through sales conversations, lead follow-up, and in-studio interactions

Deliver an exceptional first experience that inspires guests to join and stay

Represent Rumble at local events, community pop-ups, and partnership activations

Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed membership goals

Maintain high-energy customer service that keeps the studio buzzing and members coming back

Contribute to marketing efforts and local brand growth

Prior experience in a sales-focused role (
fitness industry preferred; boutique studio sales highly preferred
)
