Acquisition Sales Specialist - MLF

• Own full-cycle sales for net-new Core Growth Mid-Sized Law Firm accounts (~49 attorneys)
• Conduct outbound prospecting and perform account research within the MLF segment
• Lead discovery sessions, product demos, deal strategy, negotiation, and closing
• Manage sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly quota targets
• Collaborate with the aligned MLF Manager to support segment strategy and priorities

• 5+ years of experience in quota-carrying B2B sales or new logo acquisition
• Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting
  
  Experience selling into law firms or professional services
• Strong capabilities in discovery, qualification, and closing sales
• Data-driven mindset with a high level of accountability and coachability

• Experience in a pod model while maintaining full deal ownership
• Ability to challenge the status quo and seek innovative solutions
• Positive energy and enjoyment in the sales process
• Demonstrated strong will to win while operating with integrity
• Experience with AI tools or legal technology solutions
