- Serve as a subject matter expert on Safe Send Returns (SSR) and Sure Prep solutions, articulating their value to accounting firms
- Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing, including negotiations and addressing client concerns
- Collaborate with Tax Workflow sales representatives to develop strategies and drive sales success
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including webinars, trade shows, and existing customer cross‑selling
- Act as a mentor and resource to Associate and Sales Executives, fostering team development and knowledge sharing
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in software solutions, preferably in B2B or professional services
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles and build long‑term client relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with senior decision‑makers
- Familiarity with accounting and tax firm operations is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar tools
- Positive, energetic attitude with a focus on results and continuous improvement
- Strong organizational skills and responsiveness
- Experience in matrixed sales environments
