Competencies and Responsibilities
  • Conduct consultations at pre‑scheduled appointments
  • Educate homeowners and businesses on solar benefits, including cost savings, clean energy impact, and long‑term investment value
  • Attend weekly team and consultant meetings
  • Leverage company‑provided pre‑set appointments while supplementing with personal referrals
  • Apply sales best practices to maximize closing rates and revenue
  • Commit to personal and professional growth
Requirements
  • (Preferred) 2+ years of sales experience
  • Laptop or tablet for proposal presentations
  • Comfortable with in‑home or virtual consultations
  • Must complete and pass Clark Energies Sales Training Boot Camp
  • Reliable transportation and professional appearance
