We are looking for a career-minded, service-driven professional to join our fast-paced organization. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who enjoy teamwork and interacting with AAA members by providing insurance and membership services support.

• Receive training on an array of AAA products and services, enabling confident member interface and meeting individual and team cross-selling goals.

• Eligibility for a competitive benefits package, including paid volunteer time and a pension plan.
• Provide exceptional service to members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership billing, passport photos, road‑trip planning, and cashiering duties.
• Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other team members.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Be available during branch hours of operation:
  Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; closed weekends and most holidays.

• Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or a similar customer service/sales environment.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Ability to travel locally when necessary.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics.
• Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Adaptability to change and ability to meet deadlines.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
• Ability to qualify for a Property and Casualty license.
