Role Description: As an Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Rafael Parker - State Farm Agent, you play a vital role in our daily operations and customer success. Your responsibilities include growing our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You help improve customers' lives by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and follow up on customer relationships.
• Provide prompt, accurate, friendly service, including inquiries about insurance, policy changes, claims, and billing.
• Promote long-lasting customer relations.

Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, retail, telemarketing).
• Experience managing client relationships is preferred.
• Interest in marketing products/services based on customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service and anticipating customer needs.
• Ability to relate effectively to customers.

Compensation: $40,000 - $80,000 per year.
