Sales Ops

Description Kforce has a client in Frisco, TX that is seeking a Sales Ops.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end forecasting and pipeline management process, delivering an accurate, defensible view of the business to senior leadership
* Own annual go-to-market planning: territory and account segmentation, headcount and capacity modeling, quota allocation, and coverage design
* Partner with Finance and HR to design and administer sales incentive compensation plans, including plan governance, dispute resolution, and payout accuracy
* Set the CRM and sales technology strategy;
Oversee data quality, process automation, and adoption across the sales organization
* Establish and run the sales operating cadence - forecast calls, pipeline reviews, QBRs - and the reporting and dashboards that support it
* Define and track the KPIs that measure sales performance, productivity, and the health of the funnel
* Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales operations team, including managers and individual contributors
* Serve as a strategic thought partner to sales leadership, surfacing risks and opportunities and recommending data-backed actions
* Drive continuous improvement of sales processes, policies, and tools, reducing friction and increasing seller selling time
* Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Enablement, Product, and Finance to align on GTM strategy and executionRequirements
* Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Proven ability to communicate to Senior Leaders
* Detail oriented with the ability to consistently produce a high level of accuracy
