Massage Envy is hiring a Front Desk Associate who is energetic, sales-driven, and committed to outstanding customer service. This is a desk-focused role with minimal cleaning responsibilities and strong commission-earning potential.
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Schedule appointments and manage front desk operations
- Sell memberships, packages, and retail products (commission-based)
- Process payments and maintain client records
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area (minimal cleaning)
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Consistent schedule with working weekends and closing shifts
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required
- $12/hour base pay plus commission
