Security Officer Flex Healthcare Patrol – Frisco, TX

As a Security Officer - Flex Healthcare Patrol in Frisco, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Flex Part‑Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. As a Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will help to deter security‑related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the property.

This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s license. You will interact with staff, visitors, and patients, providing exceptional customer service while supporting access control and upholding Allied Universal’s values of integrity, teamwork, and putting people first.

What You'll Do
  • Provide customer service to clients, following security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, assisting with security‑related concerns within the healthcare location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security‑related issues.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points, reporting any suspicious behavior or unauthorized access to the appropriate personnel.
  • Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
  • Assist visitors, staff, and patients with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff and Allied Universal team members to address security‑related needs and concerns as they arise.
Minimum Requirements
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
