Schedule- Monday: 7AM-3PM
- Tuesday: 7AM-3PM
- Wednesday: 7AM-3PM
- Thursday: 7AM-3PM
- Friday: 7AM-3PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 Per Hr
Job DescriptionWe are seeking reliable and professional FLEX Security Officers to support first and second shift operations. This position is ideal for individuals who need a flexible schedule and are available to cover open shifts, call-offs, special assignments, and short-notice coverage.
Responsibilities- Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of people and property
- Monitor access points and control entry and exit
- Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations
- Respond appropriately to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
- Complete daily activity and incident reports accurately
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients
- Enforce company and site-specific rules and regulations
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable to site)
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to remain professional and calm in stressful situations
- Previous security experience preferred but not required (training provided)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
- Security license/certification (if required by state or company policy)
