• Ability to read, write, and speak English to communicate with customers, process company paperwork, and interpret safety and operating manuals and procedures
• Must be able to move, carry, reposition, or lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to climb stairs, ladders, scaffolds, and navigate elevation changes while maintaining balance
• Frequent need to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, push/pull, and navigate difficult terrain and access small areas
• Ability to work standard community hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to work as an on-call technician and provide after-hours emergency service with the support of the service manager while following company standards
• Perform repairs that may include plumbing, electrical work, and general carpentry related to household, building, and property grounds repairs
• EPA certification Type II or Universal is a plus
• CPO certification is a plus
• Valid driver’s license is required
