Salary Range
: $17-$20 hourly plus commission (varies depending on experience and property location)

• Complete Make-Ready apartment maintenance in an accurate and timely manner
• Complete assigned work orders in compliance with company standard
• Assist with building and common area maintenance
• Participate in Preventive Maintenance Program and assist with organizing and tracking of property equipment

• 1 year of multi-family maintenance experience (preferred)
• Ability to use tools necessary to prepare units for occupancy per company standards
• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair)
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
• Prior knowledge of various building codes
• Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
