Role SnapshotYou’ll be the go‑to field leader who both performs and mentors others in our proprietary spot‑repair process—a blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern materials that restores surfaces so seamlessly the customer can’t find the repair.
Key Responsibilities- Set the bar for professionalism when interfacing with property managers, maintenance teams, and construction crews.
- Lead and train technicians
—share best practices, coach in the field, and contribute to our real‑time team chat for feedback and troubleshooting. - Champion safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement
, testing new methods and materials as they evolve. - Execute flawless spot repairs on a wide range of hard surfaces, following our proven step‑by‑step processes every time.

. - Thrive on creative challenges—color, texture, unconventional repairs—and love when a client “can’t find the fix.”
- Background in fine finishing, automotive paint, cosmetology, artistic media, carpentry, flooring, or similar craft — comprehensive initial and ongoing training is provided. (3-5 yrs experience)
- Strong eye for color, pattern, and minute detail.
- Comfortable with hand tools, light power tools, ladders, and on‑site work.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Able to lift 25 lbs and spend extended periods on your feet.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
