SERVPRO of South Frisco is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Content Technician to assist with contents restoration on residential and commercial loss sites. This role involves packing, cleaning, transporting, storing, and returning customer belongings while providing excellent customer service during stressful situations.

• Pack, label, and inventory customer belongings during contents pack-outs
• Safely move, transport, and store contents at SERVPRO facilities
• Clean, deodorize, and restore contents using approved methods and equipment
• Perform pack-backs and return contents to customers in an organized manner
• Handle customer belongings with care and respect at all times

• Take photos and maintain accurate inventory records
• Use SERVPRO-approved mobile apps and documentation systems
• Follow instructions from the Content Supervisor and Production Manager

• Communicate professionally and compassionately with customers
• Answer basic questions regarding the contents restoration process
• Maintain a positive SERVPRO brand image on every job site

• Follow all safety guidelines and use required PPE
• Load and unload contents safely and correctly
• Assist in maintaining vehicles, equipment, and contents storage areas

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in contents restoration, moving, cleaning, or warehouse work is a plus (training provided)
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
• Basic smartphone and app usage skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Willingness to learn restoration techniques

• Work performed in residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, or mold damage
• On-call availability may be required for emergency response
