Qualifications and Skills:

• Current Texas Educational Diagnostician (TX Ed Diag) certification required
• Experience as a Social Worker within school settings
• Strong assessment, communication, and collaborative skills
• Previous experience working with K-12 student populations
• Ability to analyze data and develop educational plans tailored to diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive educational and psychological assessments for students K-12
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other support staff to interpret evaluation results and recommend interventions
• Support the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct and consultative services to address student social-emotional needs
• Serve as a resource for families, guiding them through the assessment process and available services
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with district and state standards
