Position Title: Interaction/Web Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Interaction/Web Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in all design phases of software development including internal design, code, test, documentation, and training. Your expertise will help us ensure continuous integration and delivery, enabling rapid development and deployment cycles.

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business goals into design solutions.
• Perform unit and functional testing to test all the functionality that has been implemented to enable the users to maintain the application.
• Design visually appealing interfaces with a focus on usability, accessibility, and consistency across platforms and devices.
• Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points, informing design decisions.
• Prepare Design Documentation, Test cases, Process Flows.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, or closely related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business personnel.
• 5+ years of experience in business application development.
• Strong JavaScript and object-oriented programming knowledge.
• Related Certifications would be a plus.

Work schedule: 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts.
