Maintains high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices andstandardsguidelines.
Identifies and encourages areas for growth and improvement within the team.
Participates in peerreviews of solution designs and related code.
Develops, refines, and tunes integrations between applications.
Understands API development and API management platforms.
Uses container technologies like Docker Kubernetesfor containerized deployments of backend services.
Contributes to performance tuning ofWeb Mobile application services for maximum speed.
Stays consistent with

TMOstandards and guidelines.
Keeps abreast of latest and emerging technologies.
Generates and manages test data using test data tools.
Having telecom domain knowledge is an added advantage.
