AI Lead Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Developer in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies, machine learning, and software development. As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading AI projects, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions and applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Develop and optimize machine learning models and algorithms.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, Deep Learning, NLP, GenAI; agentic experience is a big plus.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI projects.
• Communicate project status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and support.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field with hands-on project experience of 10–12 years.
• Proven experience as a Lead Developer or similar role in AI and machine learning.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques. Knowledge of neural networks, NLP, GenAI concepts such as RAG & Lang chain, multiagent systems is an advantage.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
