What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build user-facing features for the CoCounsel chat application and enhance platform capabilities
- Develop application code, frameworks, and libraries to improve team efficiency
- Collaborate on frontend and backend engineering considerations, especially with evolving LLM capabilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers on the team
- Work collaboratively across the technical stack with colleagues and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least five years of professional software development experience
- Experience in technical leadership, including mentoring and project breakdown
- Deep expertise in frontend technologies (e.g., React, Type Script, API design)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
- Proven ability to execute both tactical and strategic solutions
