Strength & Fitness Coach

Job Summary

As a Coach at The Exercise Coach® you will be leading individual and semi‑private strength training sessions, utilizing evidence‑based, state‑of‑the‑art fitness technology, tracking client goals and fitness results, and growing the business through the acquisition and retention of clients.

• Lead individual and semi‑private strength training sessions.
• Use evidence‑based, state‑of‑the‑art fitness technology.

• Passion for health and fitness; live a healthy, fit lifestyle and inspire others.
• Good communication skills; converse in person and on the phone, deliver clear instructions during training sessions.
• People skills and personality; love working with clients and teammates, convey passion with excitement and energy.
• Health and fitness education; fundamental knowledge of exercise science, human biology and nutrition. A college degree in Exercise Science and/or Kinesiology is preferred.
• Ability to work in a full‑time capacity (36+ hrs per week). No personal training experience required.

The Exercise Coach® provides paid training and certification to all Coaches. Certification includes:

• Certified Exercise Coach: human physiology, exercise science, nutrition science, fitness technology, and proprietary training methods.

$18.00 – $22.00 per hour with opportunity for quarterly bonus.
