This role requires prior experience...Apply for This Position Shuttle Driver (Experienced) – Frisco, TX Stratton Amenities is hiring an experienced Shuttle Driver to support transportation operations at a high-end property in Frisco, Texas. This role requires prior experience operating both shuttle vans and shuttle buses.
Only candidates with proven experience in both will be considered. Position Type Full-time Location Frisco, Texas Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Key Responsibilities Safely operate shuttle vans and shuttle buses for scheduled and on-demand routes Transport residents, guests, or clients to designated destinations in a timely and professional manner Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any issues immediately Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure a professional presentation at all times Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company protocols Provide a courteous, service-oriented experience to all passengers Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and luggage when needed Maintain accurate trip logs and incident reports as required Requirements Verified experience driving both shuttle vans and shuttle buses (mandatory) Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to safely operate shuttle vehicles within company fleet specifications Must meet all state and insurance requirements to operate company vehicles Minimum age of 23 Ability to pass background check and motor vehicle record check Professional appearance and strong communication skills Punctual, reliable, and safety-focused Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications CDL with Passenger Endorsement preferred for larger shuttle vehicles, but not required Experience in hospitality, hotel, airport, or residential transportation services Familiarity with the Frisco and greater DFW area Strong customer service mindset and situational awareness Work Environment Extended periods of driving Outdoor exposure and varying weather conditions Frequent interaction with passengers in a service-focused setting Screening Note Only candidates with direct, recent experience operating both shuttle vans and shuttle buses should be advanced for consideration.###
