ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Managing all warehouse staff:
Warehouse Associates, loading dock workers, and temporary workers.
* Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the warehouse and associated offices.
* Creating equipment pull forms and pulling equipment for events.  Must become familiar with equipment terminology.
* Unpacking and organizing equipment returned to warehouse.
* Ensure monthly inventory is counted and submitted.
* Performs transfers of products and/or merchandise to and from the warehouse
* Responsible for receiving products and merchandise, checking for quality and damages to items, and the proper storage of the delivered products and merchandise
* Responsible for operating equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
* Assists warehouse team with equipment & inventory control.
* Processes requests for supplies, prepares merchandise for delivery, and prepares packages for shipping according to established procedures
* Responsible for both pre & post event set-up/break down responsibilities
* Ensures security of company assets
* Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Performs other related duties as needed.## Qualifications
** Education and/or Experience
*** 2+ years of warehouse lead experience
* Must be available for a variety of shift times (nights and weekends are needed)
* Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, ability to be DOT certified and have the ability/willingness to drive box trucks.
* Experience in operating common warehouse machinery including forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
