Key ResponsibilitiesAs a dedicated Teaching Assistant, you will support both the class teacher and pupils across daily learning routines:
- Targeted Interventions:
Lead small-group activities in phonics, reading, and foundational maths in Frodsham. - 1:1 Pupil Support:
Assist children requiring extra scaffolding or individual learning adjustments during lessons. - Classroom Setup:
Help class teachers prepare resources, organize equipment, and maintain a positive environment in Frodsham. - Skill Development:
Utilize effective strategies gained through hands-on experience and ongoing education and training.
- Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school or early years setting.
- An educational support qualification (Level 2/3) is desirable, along with a commitment to continuous education and training.

- An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to process a new one through Academics).
