Our Tesco colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility for those who prefer fewer hours (minimum 12).
Our availability windows cover the primary times we need coverage. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times and provide three‑week notice of your shifts. If your availability matches closely, we are happy to consider you even if it differs slightly.

About the roleWe are looking for a colleague to support daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and teamwork.
Responsibilities- Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride, delivering great natural service.
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about products and services within the store.
- Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
- Apply training to work safely, efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
- Make decisions that meet customer needs at the right time.
- Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
- Monitor store performance, understand your role in driving service, sales, waste reduction, shrink and profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure perfect condition for customers.

- Accept deliveries into the store when required.
