Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee Site Managers and ensure they complete their daily responsibilities.
• Monitor collection ticket invoices.
• Design and implement programmes using Genie Belt (cloud based programming software).
• Manage diary entries and prepare meeting reports.
• Spend 50% of time on site(s) (3-4 sites) and 50% time in office.
• Process active project staff, materials and plant allocations into spreadsheets.
• Order materials (take-offs provided by site managers).
• Attend all site meetings and submit meeting notes.
• Produce as-built drawings and house (owner) manuals.
• Monitor programmes and adjust when required.
• Send monthly progress reports.
• Engage and organise subcontractors.
• Provide post-contract support and organise rectifications so site managers can focus on the next project.
• Monitor drawing releases.
• Report allocations on working spreadsheets.
• Set up site.
• Assess employee of the month.
• Handle contract variations and extensions of time.
• Project-manage 2 to 3 projects simultaneously (may increase to 4 during transitions).
• Monitor accidents, near-misses and reports.
• Maintain kit register and monitor storage.
• Provide progress photos and reports to clients.
• Conduct monthly hire reviews.

• Good experience and knowledge of Apple products and apps, Excel (or Numbers), understanding architectural drawings, specifications and BOQs.

• Competitive salary: £40,000-£45,000 (negotiable) based on experience and access to company vehicle.
