Lead operations. Strengthen strategy. Enable excellence.

We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and strategic School Business Support Manager to play a pivotal role in the operational success of our school. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who thrives on responsibility and impact - someone who understands that outstanding education is underpinned by exceptional systems and meticulous compliance.

Working closely with the Principal, Senior Leadership Team and School Stakeholder Committee, you will lead the strategic and operational management of school business administration. From Operations and resource management to HR processes, GDPR compliance and site oversight, you will ensure that the school runs smoothly, efficiently and in full alignment with Trust guidance and statutory requirements. Your expertise will directly support school improvement priorities, enabling leaders and teachers to focus on delivering the highest standards of education.

This role requires a proactive and solution‑focused leader who can manage people, systems and projects with confidence. You will line manage administrative staff, oversee key operational functions including but not limited to Arbor and data management, support recruitment and compliance processes, and provide accurate, timely guidance to senior leaders. At its heart, this role is about safeguarding standards and in the welfare of children and young people.

If you are a strategic thinker with strong organisational acumen, excellent communication skills and a commitment to excellence in education, we would love to hear from you.

School visits are welcomed and encouraged. Please contact the school to arrange a suitable time.

“When I stepped into Avanti Park, the first thing I noticed was that they don’t just talk about valuing the whole child. It’s evidenced by discussions around spirituality within lessons and PSHE, its lived through assemblies, conversations with children and yoga lessons that help children focus on what’s important to them. All of this tied together showed me it’s not just a sound bite that we care about the whole child;

it’s about giving them the tools to embody that daily,” - Simon Goldsworthy, Key Stage 2 Lead.
