- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Create a welcoming classroom where pupils feel supported and encouraged.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching where necessary.
- Establish positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
- Promote positive behaviour and maintain strong classroom management.
- Cater to different learning styles and individual pupil needs.
- Follow school policies and maintain high safeguarding standards.
- Work effectively as part of the wider school team.
